When I first started Clean It Up, I was simply focused on providing exceptional cleaning services and building meaningful relationships with my clients. As my business continues to grow, I've come to realize that running a successful company involves so much more than cleaning.
Over the past year, I've invested countless hours learning about business operations, legal responsibilities, policies, contracts, insurance, and creating systems that protect both my clients and the contractors I work with. There has been plenty of trial and error along the way, but each challenge has helped me become a more confident and knowledgeable business owner.
One of the biggest milestones for me is feeling ready to begin growing my team. Finding individuals who genuinely care about quality, professionalism, and treating every home with respect is one of the most important—and challenging—parts of building a company. But I believe the right people are out there.
I'm proud of how far Clean It Up has come, and I'm even more excited about where it's headed.
