Terms & Conditions for Jay & Kay Cleaning Services
1. Booking and Payment Policy
Upon booking, we require a deposit of 40% of the total service amount. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
Payments can be made via e-transfer or certified checks.
2. Service Customization
A detailed checklist will be provided to address specific requests. Clients can indicate any additional tasks or areas they prefer not to be cleaned.
3. Pre-Cleaning Assessment
We request a site visit at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning. This visit allows us to assess the premises, provide an accurate quote, and confirm any necessary arrangements, such as access codes or keys.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to notify within this period may result in forfeit of the deposit.
5. Liability
Jay & Kay Cleaning Services takes reasonable care while cleaning your property. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues that arise outside our control.
6. Customer Satisfaction
If any concerns arise after our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address them promptly.
7. Access and Security
The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.
