Happy Mothers Day to my Beautiful momma and to yours♥️

My mom actually worked as a cleaner for Carleton University (where she met my dad). Years later, she is now cleaning a little hair salon- helping to make it a haven for the staff and clients. Always with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. They are lucky to have her, as am I.

I like nice smells as much as the next person, but certain scents get me stuffed up and headachey. I'm a bit sensitive as even candles can leave me feeling nauseous (I know, super lame!) At the end of the day- we don’t really know how safe these added fragrances are for our health or the environment. I believe in going back to the basics.
1. get ride of whatever smells bad (if applicable)
2. open a window
3. essential oils are just the bomb.com- use in a diffuser or in a spray bottle mixed with water and spray around wherever. (just be mindful of which types you’re using as it can affect human children and animal children!)
