The origin of Tristar Student Cleaning began with me, Damon Balaux. I was looking to go to school to study Jewelry arts but I couldn't afford to stay there or support myself. I had experience working with a student window cleaning company through the summer of 2021 and fell in love with the business, meeting new people everyday and working harder than ever was building work ethic as well as charac

ter. I developed a new mindset towards work, It wasn't "I gotta go to work" Anymore, it became "I get to go to work". As the summer came to an end so did my job since all the students we're going to school and I was left behind, so I took initiative and Tristar Student Cleaning was born. I'm growing this company in the hopes that in the summer I can create work for as many students possible and give them an opportunity to work harder for more money to support themselves and share the beautiful experience I've had cleaning residential homes! Our slogan is "Working with pride towards a better future", I was always raised to put pride into the work I do and I know the importance of it and this transferred into my business, I'm looking to hire like minded students that are looking to not only work hard but also level up their mindset and create a community of students that can help one another and shed wisdom wherever they can. By choosing our services you are not only helping us all through theses defining years but you're also hiring students with passion, drive and full of energy!
