We are hiring, again! We have a great (and growing) team, and are looking to expand.
We are a property solutions company providing services ranging from property management, renovations, cleaning, and landscaping. That means our days may look different depending on the job. We could be painting, doing yard clean ups, renovating spaces, providing physical labor services, landscaping, and more.
I am looking for reliable people who show up and are ready to work. Who have a great attitude and pass the vibe check. Who are ready and willing to learn new things. Who are flexible and adaptable.
Sometimes travel is involved. We go where the work is (on the island). There are geneally carpool options and I provide some compensation for mileage if it's outside of our regular service area.
We work on contract, so that could mean part time some weeks, and 40+ hours others.
I am currently hiring for 2 roles:
1) Certified carpenter: Journeyperson or red seal. This person will be a skilled carpenter able to lead jobs with experience and expertise. Someone who doesn't cut corners and takes pride in their work. Ability to lead a team is a bonus.
2) Part time cleaner: A meticulous cleaner available for Airbnb cleanings. These cleanings become available as bookings come in. They take place between 10 am and 4 pm and sometimes with little notice. We have a 5 star cleanliness rating on Airbnb and want to keep it that way.
