We've had the privilege of working with these amazing clients since Spring, helping them get ready to sell their lovely home.

We started with a big yard clean up, cleaned out sheds and did dump runs.

Repaired broken deck boards, pressure washed and sanded the decks and posts, replaced a structural post and then gave everything a fresh coat of paint.

We dug a ditch in the driveway, drilled holes in the drainage pipe and flushed it out to address a drainage issue. Replaced a failing shed floor and reinstalled a portion of the modular shed when the wind caused damage.

We did drywall repairs and patching, installed a new screen door, interior painting, pulled out an old backsplash and installed new mosaic tiles.

We did lawn care and maintenance, and even handled the move out clean.

Their house sold after less than a week of being on the market! Congratulations to some truly wonderful people, and thank you for letting the New Eden team be a part of it.

Completed a deck restoration today for a wonderful client. The deck was in rough shape with visible rot in several of the deck boards. As we started pulling up decking, we uncovered a much bigger issue...rotted joists and framing.

We put in a long day and brought this deck back to life. New lag bolts, joists, framing, gutter repair...
Now this customer has a solid, safe, deck to enjoy the summer weather and beautiful views.

The customer is going to do the pressure washing and painting for the final face lift. We're happy to do the heavy lifting!

Good evening!

We are hiring, again! We have a great (and growing) team, and are looking to expand.

We are a property solutions company providing services ranging from property management, renovations, cleaning, and landscaping. That means our days may look different depending on the job. We could be painting, doing yard clean ups, renovating spaces, providing physical labor services, landscaping, and more.

I am looking for reliable people who show up and are ready to work. Who have a great attitude and pass the vibe check. Who are ready and willing to learn new things. Who are flexible and adaptable.

Sometimes travel is involved. We go where the work is (on the island). There are geneally carpool options and I provide some compensation for mileage if it's outside of our regular service area.

We work on contract, so that could mean part time some weeks, and 40+ hours others.

I am currently hiring for 2 roles:

1) Certified carpenter: Journeyperson or red seal. This person will be a skilled carpenter able to lead jobs with experience and expertise. Someone who doesn't cut corners and takes pride in their work. Ability to lead a team is a bonus.

2) Part time cleaner: A meticulous cleaner available for Airbnb cleanings. These cleanings become available as bookings come in. They take place between 10 am and 4 pm and sometimes with little notice. We have a 5 star cleanliness rating on Airbnb and want to keep it that way.
