Just have to share! What a great team we have - I am so proud!!!

"To All at Service Master North Bay,

It is with a sincere and forever grateful heart, that I write this letter of gratitude.

After a fire caused my home to become inhabitable for me to live in, it had to be totally reconstructed while I relocated elsewhere.

Mike and Adam, were there from Day 1 offering me support in any way I needed. They looked after everything and I didn't have to worry about anything. They were always transparent and acted professionally in all areas. Furthermore, they constantly kept me up to date with everything that was going on. I was never left wondering what was happening with construction/timelines etc.

Jordan, James and Scott were also part of the crew that put my life back together. I remember a time going into the shop and seeing them so meticulously cleaning the finest of my belongings to ensure that it could be salvaged. Because of their hard work and attention to detail, they managed to save a lot of my precious memories which mean everything to me!

Tanya, who works in the office along with Adam and Mike, was no different than the rest of the crew. She was always polite and willing to accommodate me according to what my desire was. She was very understanding and courteous in all of our encounters with one another. She continues to support me as we near the close of my time with them.

Additionally, the sub contractors that ServiceMaster have are excellent at their profession and I have nothing negative to say about any of them. They, as well, were extremely polite, respectful, dedicated and professional at all times.

This may seem a little strange, but because everyone involved was a part of my life for the past 8 months, I am beginning to feel sad that they are not going to be there anymore; it is bittersweet!
