Hi community.
As a result of the recent radon tests and a number of tests already coming back high in our community, Speargrass Homes has decided to pursue the education and is in the process of getting the qualifications it takes in order to properly provide our area with the mitigation service needed. We want to see the needs in our community and be able to meet them. If you are concerned with your levels or want to inquire about this service and timing, we would love to hear from you and get you on a list.

Congratulations to Briercrest Christian Academy, College, and Seminary (BCA) for winning the most votes for this years Gingerbread Village decorating contest. These art students knocked it out of the park with their creativity and delivery. We have loved getting to enjoy your finished product. If you haven’t had the chance to check out the lights and all the gingerbread houses around Caronport, it’s not too late! (They’ll be up all of December)

If you find your windows gathering moisture as soon as the temperatures drop (which leads to that pesty black mould in your sills ), we highly recommend investing in a dehumidifier and running it throughout the winter months.

We LOVE our community and we love getting to put on events like this every year that bring people together and celebrate this wonderful village. We feel so supported by this community and we thank you for your business year after year!

We want to invite you to join us for the 5th annual Twinkle Tour! The twinkle tour will kick off Friday Nov 29 but lights will be on display for all of December! There is a lot to take in that weekend here in Caronport so be sure to save the date!

Get your decorations up and light up this town! As always we will have interactive activities for the kids and those young at heart as they go around town and take in the light displays! This will be available through the QR code on the poster closer to the date.
