Releasing & Cleansing energy
If your feeling down or even depressed, anxious, reach out to someone you trust. Write in a journal, speak to your doctor or a counsellor for professional advice.
Below are some extra tips of things to try that have helped me:
1. Exercise, make your favourite food, drink a detox tea with honey.
2. Know that no matter what, your thoughts are the most powerful. Recite some positive affirmations or prayers, try to create your own.
*Fear is the biggest self-sabotage
3. Make sure your home and everything you own is organized and clean. *Feng Shui
4. Options to cleanse: any type of sage, cedar, palo santo, incense of choice - Sandalwood
*Smudge yourself and your home reciting a prayer of choice.
5. Take a bath with regular, sea salt or black salt, Epsom salt, cinnamon essential oil, vanilla essential oil.
*Whatever you feel most drawn to for relaxing
