2026 Rate Calculator

Effective January 2026

All repeat cleans have now been switched to flat rate pricing.
To help you understand this I have outlined what is included per clean..

-Linens laundered as requested, beds stripped and remade with clean linens. Fresh towels hung each clean.
- All garbage, recycling and compost emptied and receptacles cleaned and disinfected each clean. ( your liners required).
-Window ledges inside windows and entrance way windows each clean ( weather permitting).
-All flooring vacuumed and mopped.
-Full kitchen clean, Emptying of dishwasher on request.
-Fridge wipe out 1 per month.
-Under sink (kitchen) wipe out minimum 1 time per month or less if requested.
-Cutlery drawer cleaned 1 per month.
- Full bathroom clean, toilet sinks and shower/tub per clean.
Under sink clean minimum 1 time per month or less if requested.
-All baseboards 1 time per month
-All dusting per clean ( High and low dusting )

In order to quote you properly please arrange a meet up walk through.

Average pricing for repeat cleaning client

3 bedroom 2 bathroom home - $125.00
4 bedroom 2 bathroom home $150.00

Each additional Bedroom/ Bathroom add $25.00
( Based on living space and average Home sq feet)

**Prices may vary on initial cleans (Deep Cleaning Rates may apply)**

Pets add $25.00 per shedding Pet
Dog walking available with your clean add $25.00 ( 2 walks per clean one on arrival one at departure. Please note that proper leash training is required.

Deep cleaning 1 time cleans per hour $50.00

I supply all products and paper products and equipment. My products are pet friendly and non toxic.

$100.00 minimum clean.


Cancellation policy....
Please be advised cancellations with less then 48 hours notice for 1 time cleans will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of service quote or $100.00 minimum.

All regular repeat monthly weekly or biweekly cleans will be billed 50% per occurrence. Some exceptions could apply and can be discussed in advance. ( Prebooked Holidays etc with advanced notice )
