Today’s job, out at Sandhill Park, in Port Burwell.

I had the pleasure of doing John and Jackie’s trailer for the second time🤩 Due to where in the park it is located, it gets algae build up like crazy. Hopefully with my secret sauce, the algae will stay away for quite a while😌

The trailer is currently for sale, and hopefully with this cleaning, they will get a few calls!🤞🏼

Feel free to reach out to John and Jackie if you’re interested in taking a look, or finding out more information! They can be reached at:

or

Share this post to help them gain some potential buyers☺️🫶🏼

Here’s the second mobile home I did yesterday in Woodstock🤩 again, it’s hard to tell from the pictures, but if you zoom in, you’ll see there is NO algae on the siding😌

Wait until you see my next post🤙🏼 Stay tuned to see the transformation🤭

Spent the morning out in Woodstock catching up with a dear friend, and former co-worker, while cleaning her property🤙🏼🤟🏼

Here are the before and afters of her double wide mobile home, plus the shed🤩 it’s hard to tell from the pictures, but it’s squeaky clean!😌

I also did the neighbours, too! I’ll post those pictures later on!😀

Thank you, again, Dar. It’s always a pleasure seeing you, and chatting about life and whatnot☺️

FOR SALE — ESTABLISHED PRESSURE WASHING BUSINESS

After careful consideration, I’m putting my established pressure washing business up for sale.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into an existing business rather than starting completely from scratch.

What’s included:
• Established business name & branding
• Pressure washing equipment
• Trailer and business-related equipment
• Established service area in London, ON and surrounding areas
• Knowledge, experience and guidance to help with the transition

The business is already established and has been operating since 2022, with a reputation built through quality work and customer service.

Services include house washing, siding, decks, fences, patios, driveways, walkways, concrete cleaning, gutter cleaning, commercial cleaning and more.

This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be their own boss and take over a business that is ready to continue operating.

Serious inquiries only!

I’m happy to discuss the business, equipment, financials and everything included with genuinely interested buyers.

Message me privately for details and asking price.

To everyone who has supported MK Pressure Washing over the years, I want to say thank you.

I also want to apologize for how quiet I’ve been this season. It’s been a slower year than usual, and I haven’t been as active on social media as I should have been. Life has been busy, and keeping up with posting has unfortunately taken a back seat.

That said, I’m still here and still ready to help with all your pressure washing needs. Whether it’s your home, driveway, deck, fence, patio, or commercial property, I’d truly appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.

Thank you to everyone who has continued to support, recommend, and believe in my small business. It means more than you know. Here’s to finishing the season strong!
