We are a small trucking company looking to fill an opening position for accounting/bookkeeper which also include Admin Duties

*Must Be Well Experienced in "Quickbooks Desktop" Software*
Accounting Duties Include:
Payroll (upto 10 employees)
A/R, A/P
GST, Payroll, Corp Taxes, WCB Remittances
Bank & CC Reconciliation
Financial Statement Monthly Reviews
Sales Reports - Weekly, B/Weekly
Budget Planning, Forecasting
T4's Filing
Year End File Prep for Accountant

Admin Duties Include:
Data Entry
Proficient in Excel (Spreadsheets, Formulas, Filters)
Proficient in Word (Formal Letter Writing)
Filing Paperwork
Log Reports
Maintaining Personnel Files
Daily Bank Deposits

Qualifications:
Book Keeping in a similar role - Minimum 2 years
Office Administration - Minimum 2 years
Certification Will Be as Asset

Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English

Must be a local resident. Out of city/country applicants will not be considered.

*Please note that this role is in a Home Office - Side Office Setting in our Langley, BC Location*
*Comfortable working on your own*
