Wick’ety Wax Candle Co. Handcrafted Scented Soy candles. At Wick’ety Wax Candle Co I make handcrafted candles with care. My goal is to bring a sense of comfort to your homes.

My Candles are made with natural Soy Wax. Soy wax is a natural vegetable wax that is created from soybeans. Wick’ety’s candles burn slower and cleaner than a candle made of paraffin wax. I use fragrances that are Paraben free and do not contain any of the Phthalates which are considered harmful. Thank you for letting us into your home and enjoy the relaxing comfortable atmosphere that candles create.

Hello, my name is Kathy I am the founder, operator and candle maker of Wick'ety Wax Candle Co. I started out on this Candle making journey because of my love for candles. I love the atmosphere candles create; to me they create a sense of comfort, calm and serenity. One of my favorite things about candles is the memories or emotional feelings one scent can bring. For example our Algonquin Summer candle it brings me right back to Algonquin Park (Ontario Provincial Park) the feeling of peace, calm and the love of the outdoors.

When starting out I did a lot of research on the different wax, fragrance and wicks. Through my research I found out a few interesting facts about the different kind of wax and how candles I burned in the past had harmful toxins. I chose Soy wax because it is a natural vegetable wax that is created from soybeans. The wax burns slower and cleaner than a candle made of paraffin wax. The fragrances I use are Paraben free and do not contain any of the Phthalates which are considered harmful. I wanted to create a candle that not only has wonderful scents but are safe for our households.
