At Impeccable Impressions Cleaning, we are committed to delivering an elevated cleaning experience defined by precision, consistency, and attention to detail. The following terms are designed to ensure clarity, protect your home, and uphold the exceptional standard of service we are known for.
By scheduling service with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Your satisfaction is our priority. While cleaning is a highly personalized service, we stand behind the quality of our work.
If any aspect of your service does not meet expectations, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will promptly return to address the area of concern or provide a mutually agreed upon resolution—at no additional cost.
💲 Investment in Service
Each service is thoughtfully quoted based on:
The size and layout of your home
The overall condition and level of detail required
The scope and frequency of service
Our pricing reflects the time, care, and expertise required to deliver a consistently exceptional result. A 15 minute walk-through will be conducted for a estimate. We can also complete a walk through via video is needed as well.
✅️ Payment Policy
Payment is required on the day of service completion via approved methods (etransfer, cash, credit, or check) . A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure a date.
Timely payment ensures uninterrupted service and allows us to maintain the high level of professionalism and reliability our clients expect.

Every home is unique. Should the condition of the space differ from the original consultation, or should additional time or services be required, adjustments may be made accordingly.
We will always aim to communicate any changes transparently and respectfully prior to proceeding with any action.
🔑 Home Access & Arrival
Clients are responsible for providing secure and reliable access to the home at the scheduled time. Members will wait no longer than 10 minutes to access home.
In the event access is unavailable, the full service fee will apply, as that time has been exclusively reserved for you.
🏡 Preparing for Your Service
To maximize the quality and efficiency of your cleaning, we kindly ask that surfaces and floors are lightly tidied prior to arrival. This allows our team to focus entirely on detailed cleaning rather than general organization.
🐕 Pets & Home Environment
We are pleased to work in pet-friendly homes. For the safety of both your pets and our team, we ask that any behavioral concerns be communicated in advance and should be secured. If you'd like us to let your pooch out to potty, we are happy to do so.
💎 Professional Standards & Safety
To protect your home and our team:
-We do not move heavy furniture or items exceeding safe lifting limits
-We avoid handling delicate, high-value, or irreplaceable items unless otherwise discussed
- Certain results (such as deep buildup or staining) may require multiple visits for full restoration
🔊 Care & Liability
Our team treats every home with the utmost respect and care.
However, Impeccable Impressions Cleaning is not liable for:
-Normal wear and tear
-Pre-existing damage
-Improperly secured or installed items
-Undisclosed fragile or high-value belongings
✨️We recommend that sentimental or delicate items be stored securely prior to service.
📅 Scheduling & Cancellations
We value your time and ask for the same consideration. Please try to notify us 24 hrs prior of scheduled cleaning apt. Cancellation fee may apply.
NOTE: if you must cancel your scheduled appointment, you will be required to wait until your next subsequential cleaning date. Unfortunately, scheduling does not allow to move to another date.
For ongoing services, we kindly request one week’s notice for full cancellation.
🚘 Arrival Windows
Scheduled arrival times are provided as a courtesy and may vary slightly due to travel conditions or prior service requirements. We will communicate any significant delays. Please allow 30 minutes to 1 hour for arrival window period from scheduled appointment time.
🤧 Health, Safety & Environment
To ensure a safe working environment, we ask that homes are maintained at a comfortable temperature during service.
If illness is present in the home, we respectfully request rescheduling to protect both your household and our team.
🤐 Privacy & Discretion
We respect your home and your privacy. All client information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared or distributed.
