I started cleaning commercially back in March of 2012 I was hired on by a well known and reputable company cleaning office buildings with anywhere from 4-5 offices up to and including buildings with 120 offices, cafe
terias , change rooms ,property gyms. Then I went to cleaning factories and warehouses. My duties included but we not limited to cleaning bathrooms stairwells change rooms IT room factory floors safety stations . Sweeping mopping , vacuuming, changing garbage’s, restocking supplies. I would also take care of my own home, family members homes and neighbours homes. I take pride in what I do and Like to look at things with the eye of “ would I be happy with the way this looks if this is what I came home to from someone else cleaning” ,before I put my supplies away. After working for 2 companies over the last two years I decided it was time for me to step back from working for someone else and start working for myself where I can create my own hours so I can work when it is convenient for the client. I went to work for myself so it gives me more time with my family. I went to work for myself so things can be done up to my standards not to be told don’t worry if it is not done they wont notice you know what your right the client may not notice but I know and it is not going to be left undone. SO on March 17th 2014 I figured it was time for me to do something about all this and I decided to Open “Sarah’s Custom Cleaning.”
Thank you for inviting me into your home and business and I am sure you will not be disappointed. My Base price is very competitive I charge 25.00 plus HST per hour I do have a 2 hour minimum. We can set up a customizable package of what you would like done in the 2 hours. What Materials are included in your package? This price includes products specifically for the use on your home. I will create a package that will only be used at your home. I use reusable Micro-fiber cloths to cut down on the unnecessary usage of paper towels. I supply everything to be used on your home for cleaning, up to and including toilet brushes, sponges ,scrubbers cleaning products, clothes, mops and mop bucket I will also bring my own vacuum but if you have allergies to animals example animal fur/ dander and wish for me to not use a vacuum that may or may not have been used in a house with animals then I just ask that you notify me before hand and we can use one that you supply. These cleanings include all dusting, window sills all inside window panes, visible baseboards, doors and door k***s, railings ,light switches and vacuuming throughout. The outside of your cupboards and drawers are wiped clean. Floors are washed and bathrooms are left spotless. All surfaces will be sanitized and left ready to use. Kitchen and bathroom Clean Only
$65.00 per week
This includes full kitchen including a complete wipe out of the Fridge and up to 3 bathrooms. Move out/Move in
While your house or apartment is empty I will come in and do a complete Clean excluding storage lockers and Garages. Make it look beautiful before you move your stuff in. If your Moving out and don’t want to worry about loosing your security Deposit let me come in and Clean for you I will not fill holes or remove debris. But leave the rest up to me.

Extra Duties . Laundry- $ 4.00 per Load
This includes wash dry and Fold you are responsible to supply the laundry soap fabric softener and Bounce Sheets
Strip and Change Bedding $5.00 Per Bed
Dishes-$10.00 this includes wash dry and Put away. Fridge-$30.00 complete clean out wash/scrub and reorganize. Water House Plants $ 5.00
Windows T.B.D - unable to clean the outside of windows or take them off the track but will clean the inside of the windows window frames and sills
Clean up of Playroom- $35.00 This a full restack and organization of toys vacuum sweep/mop and a wipe down of all toys when they are being put away. The Nice to Know Stuff.
13% HST will be added onto your bill.
65 and over receive a 5% discount
Book 4 cleanings your 5th cleaning is free up to 2 hours. Refer a friend if you refer a friend receive 50% off your next cleaning once their first cleaning is complete. I can take several payment methods Cash , certified check, money order, email money transfer. Sarah’s Custom Cleaning recognizes all stat holidays. You may not directly or indirectly hire any employees of Sarah’s custom cleaning for a period of 60 days after their association with my company . All cleanings are done on a first come first serve basis unless you are booking a guaranteed weekly clean then this will take precedence over 1x only cleaning. For your convince We can set up your cleaning the same day same time every week if that is what you prefer.
