This is a basement suite with many holes in the walls that needed repairing before painting. Who would want black walls in a basement suite? Not the home owners, thats for sure. The tenant left things a big mess. My job was to not only repair and paint but to rehang doors, repair vinyl flooring that had a large hole, repair kitchen drawers that were broken, clean and paint the laundry room floors, clean out the kitchen including a super dirty frig still filled with moldy food (yuk!).

Howdy folks! I have been terribly tardy in posting my work. Here is the most difficult project I have undertaken and it turned out beautifully.
In this project, the carpet on the stairs was removed and I replaced it with vinyl plank. The winder stairs and the curve on the bottom stair was a fun challenge. I like a bit of a challenge and trying new tecniques to make the project shine! I forgot to take my final pictures of the upper halls completion but I can post them later when I get back to my friends place once again.
