You can't expect miracles cleaning an old carpet, but this was a definite improvement! The only patches that remained are those that can't be cleaned, the "traffic lane gray" areas resulting from years of foot traffic damage.

Is adding MORE WATER the best way to get rid of a carpet stain that was caused by it in the first place? I got rid of most of this one using an industry-leading low-moisture carpet cleaning method.

'Yeah, but you didn't get rid of ALL of it!' True. However, the best one can expect is to get rid of 90% of a tough stain, and it's hard to deny that this one looks a LOT better than it did before! Using steam cleaning/hot water extraction/truck mount would have added about 5x more water that would have brought back at least some - if not most - of the stain after drying due to wicking.

This church entryway is not the main one, but mostly for admin and pastors. However, it still gets enough messy traffic! The light area is where a mat normally sits.

More churches are choosing my carpet cleaning services because busy places need a quick turnaround!! They like that their carpets can be dry in "as little as 30 minutes" as opposed to "up to 24 hours" with traditional steam/hot-water extraction/truck mount cleaning.

Monthly potlucks. Youth group meetings. Wedding and funeral receptions. VBS (Vacation Bible School). The stains from all these events built up on the carpet just outside the kitchen of this church!

Thankfully, I got most of the stains out PLUS everything was all dry within a couple of hours! With truck mount or steam cleaning, it would have taken up to 24 hours to dry – NOT very convenient for such a busy place. That's the low-moisture difference!!

Before I cleaned this rather large church basement area, there were all sorts of food and other YUCKY STAINS from monthly potlucks, youth group meetings, wedding and funeral receptions, and a recent VBS (Vacation Bible School). AND EVEN BETTER: it was ALL DRY within a couple of hours!!

Most people might not realize that churches are busy on more than one day a week and obviously the foyer/entry area sees the most abuse. Some are busy on most days. This motel manager nearly had a heart attack when he saw these tough organic stains tracked into one of his rooms!! Fortunately, I was able to get rid of all the stains PLUS the carpet was dry in about 30 minutes!! VLM carpet cleaning is a GREAT way to go!

This stain was caused I believe by a septic tank leak onto a basement carpet. The homeowners had very little hope that it could be removed. It turns out that almost all of it was! (Note that foot traffic damage can never be fixed by cleaning.)
