Faith has become a big part of how I run my business. 🙏
When I started NexClean, I had goals for the company.
More customers.
More revenue.
A bigger team.
A stronger future for my family.
But over time, I’ve realized that building a business isn’t just about how much money you can make.
It’s about who you become while building it.
There are days when business is going great, and there are days when you question everything.
There are jobs you win, jobs you lose, decisions you have to make, employees counting on you, customers trusting you, and a family depending on you to keep moving forward.
That’s where my faith comes in.
I don’t believe faith means sitting back and expecting things to happen.
I believe faith means praying for direction… then putting in the work.
It means doing the right thing when nobody is watching.
It means treating customers with honesty.
It means taking care of the people who work alongside me.
And it means remembering that my business is something I’m building — but ultimately, I’m not in control of everything.
So I’ll keep working hard.
I’ll keep learning.
I’ll keep serving people.
I’ll keep building.
And I’ll keep trusting God with the things I can’t control.
