You know you don't hear about too many people who actually enjoy cleaning, but l really do and so do my ladies that help do it along with me
You know the thing we love the most is looking back at everything we all accomplished, when we are walking out the front door, and seeing how everything just sparkles and shines.. and sometimes we are lucky enough to see our clients faces, which is truly the
best thing ever.. But the truth is not one home is alike and each home is so different, hence why l could never give you a price of your home until we actually meet. Home prices depend on how much clutter the home has, the more clutter it has, the more time it will take us to clean. ( please understand that de cluttering isn't a service that we are currently offering and is considered an extra fee)
A bit of tiding where needed, but we would appreciate it if all surfaces are as clear as possible � this way we can focus on cleaning your home. Home prices also depend on when a client had their home cleaned the last time, like really deep cleaned. Also depends on if one has pets, how much they shed etc.....
You see, when we clean, we don't circle around items, all things must be moved (if we can lift it, move it ) it will be dusted, and placed back, if you tell us to surface dust, well, we wouldn't know how to do that, lol.. and yes also what is on your floors, as any items that l can lift, l will move and vacuum under and mop behind as well. (provided it can be lifted, that is and is properly protecting the floors (nothing over 20lbs will be moved)
In each room, we work from the top of a room to the bottom of a room, tops of the door frames, tops of picture frames, door hinges, , to the blinds( a quick dusting only unless otherwise discussed) to the baseboards,(dusting) and then eventually we get to spend time in the bathrooms, among the other rooms, we spend most of the time getting behind those nasty places like behind the toilets, and in those little crevices that seemed to be overlooked. Beds can be made, additional costs will apply
You will see me personally with knee pads on all the time because the truth is for the most part, l am on my knees getting in all the places that really need it. When it comes to those bathrooms, well lm a PRO, lve seen so many and l love to get it sparkling clean, but some will take more time than others to get it looking that way, so be patient with myself and my gals, because this is where time and consistency will come into play with that one
But as l said if you're looking for perfection, then do look us up, lve been told thats what we are, l've trained my girls to be Perfectionist's. Costs for services
Prices are based on what type of cleaning is required, and also how many individuals come into your home to complete your clean, so please keep this in mind, please understand with 3 girls in your home, it now makes us in and out of your home even a bit more quicker than just the 2 of us, and yes much more efficient as the workload is divided up between the 3 of us. We love the ability to give you back your home as quickly as possible, so in and out, so hopefully all you see is your shinier home and not us, lol.. We make sure you are 100% satisfied, l personally check on you after every cleaning. So, Now you might be wondering what do l need to do now and ~~~ How does it all Work? and what shall l be doing to proceed with booking Colleena's Dream Clean, and get my cleaning set up? Well, The first thing you need to do is to reach out to chat with me, then We will mutually determine the course of action for your cleaning needs and set up a Meet And Greet, this way you can Meet me and l can have a quick walk through of your home and be sure l am listening to all of your needs, so we can be sure to satisfy all of your cleaning needs. Also, Please Don't assume you can jump right into "maintenance" Mode (Also, this is for regular occurring clients only)
There's a baseline of cleanliness that we adhere to. Even if you want maintenance cleaning on a regular basis, we generally do a deep clean first. We want to make sure it's sparkling before we are able to "maintain" it, please allow one extra hour upon your first few visits for this. After your meet and greet, then we will schedule your first cleaning
with us and we'll come out and make your place even more immaculate. After your clean, we would love for you to Write a testimonial and spread the word (if you love it!) You will see many under our Reviews Tab...
Thats right, If you love the work we do, write us a testimonial on our page and or refer us to a friend or family member! We love referrals and recommendations. l do ask for a Deposit to secure your clean, these are non refundable once we confirm your date. Also keep in mind, we are now offering Move Out/In Packages (starting at $500 minimum)*
