Mtech Sales & Services We are a small local property services company serving the Innisfil and South Barrie area.

We provide seasonal residential exterior property services that include:
Snow Removal, Pressure Washing, Spring Yard Clean-Up, Lawn Cutting,Trimming, Edging, Garden Maintenance, Tree & Shrub Pruning, Fall Yard Leaf Removal and Eavestrough Cleanings, Property Garbage Clean-Ups and Residential Dump Runs. For payment of services we offer our clients the choice of a seasonal contracts, hourly rates or weekly billings. We also pick up FREE OF CHARGE any residential "scrap metal" we also pick up electronic waste for a small fee, just call to organize your pick up date and time again it's FREE.

Good bright sunny Saturday morning to you all ... we are now one week away from the last day of October 2026 we have now completed 90% of the final/last lawn cuts for this season and we are entering the heavy part of Fall yard leaf clean-up on each of our clients properties ... just a reminder winter contracts are ready and need to be signed by all our clients, we have signed up roughly 60% of them the rest will be completed this weekend so we may be by to finalize the paperwork ... first winter contract payments are due this Sunday October 25th we had a long hard summer season and would like to extend a huge thank you to all our customers for a Summer to remember may you all have a great Fall and start to your Winter season ... if you see us out there give us a wave and we shall smile back thank you for your business in 2026

Well Fall and the cooler temps and the colourful tree canopy changes are upon us ... we are spending this coming week completing final lawn cuts for the 2026 Summer season ... we will then be making our rounds to start clearing and cleaning properties leaves until mother nature and old man winter decide otherwise ... snow contracts and season commitmments are due before November 1st ... if ya see us give us a wave we will smile back ... have a great Fall season.

Well summer is rolling in upon us quickly now, we are rolling out daily to dispatch and cut Spring transistion turf growth we just went thru a 14 day sunshine forecast in a row had a small amount of rains and now head straight into daily rising temperatures and possible rains with the heat build up nature is playing in extremes time for us to think about lawn preservation long term and possibly cut 1 level higher to beat the heat build up ... have a wonderful start to your June 2026
