Echo Janitorial doesn't exist because the cleaning industry needed another company. It exists because the cleaning industry needed a better one.

Rick Chorney and Adrian Housego founded Echo in 2023 — two operators who'd watched too many cleaning companies sell long contracts, ship subcontractors, and race each other to the bottom on price. They built Echo specifically as the answer.

Kae Bush — Echo's first employee — is now an equity partner and our Director of Operations, running field operations across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland while Adrian commands the Kelowna division.

Our mission — to improve the lives of those we work with and employ each and every day through ethical practices and a superior standard of service.
