Job Summary & Duties:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking assistant for a long-term role. Tasks include:
• Performing general labor: digging, lifting (50+ lbs), pruning, etc., and supporting skilled tradespeople.
• Maintenance of tools/equipment and properties, including gardens, yards, and homes.
• Using various tools and strictly following safety standards (WorkSafeBC).
Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License (required for driving company trucks) or ability to get to our office to start your day.
• Physically fit, or the drive to get there, and comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Detail-oriented and able to work solo or in a team.
