༈ འཕགས་མཆོག་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ཞལ་བཅུ་གཅིག་པ་དགེ་སློང་མ་དཔལ་མོའི་ལུགས་ཀྱི་སྨྱུང་གནས་ཉིན་གསུམ་པ།
དེ་རིང་སྨྱུང་བར་གནས་པའི་བསྙེན་གནས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་མཁན་རིན་པོ་མཆོག་གིས་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་གསོ་སྦྱོང་གི་སྡོམ་པ་དང་། སྤང་བླང་གི་བསླབ་བྱ་ཕན་ཡོན་བཅས་བཀའ་དྲིན་བསྩལ་གནང་ཡོད།
Today marks the third day of the Nyungne retreat according to the tradition of Gelongma Palmo, associated with Eleven-Faced Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara (Chenrezig).
On this day, the retreat participants observing the Nyungne practice received the Mahayana Sojong (purification and restoration) vows from the Venerable Khen Rinpoche. He also kindly bestowed teachings on the precepts to be adopted and abandoned during the retreat, together with explanations of their benefits and virtues.
May the merit generated through this practice bring benefit to all sentient beings. 🙏🏻
