Not all carpet cleaning is the same
We were recently called to a rental property after another carpet cleaner had already attended
While the carpet looked clean, it still had a strong dog odour throughout the home
The tenant contacted the original carpet cleaner requesting a return visit, but unfortunately they never came back
That’s when we were asked to help
Before starting any job, we identify the carpet fibre, assess the cause of the odour and determine the most appropriate cleaning method and treatment for that particular carpet
After carrying out the correct treatment, we were able to eliminate the odour and leave the tenant with the result they were expecting from the beginning
Unfortunately, we’re seeing this happen more and more
Because our industry isn’t licensed or regulated, anyone can purchase a machine and advertise themselves as a carpet cleaner
The reality is that owning a machine doesn’t make someone a professional carpet cleaner
Real carpet cleaning requires knowledge of carpet fibres, stain and odour identification, chemistry, cleaning methods and using the right equipment for each individual job
It’s also about standing behind your work and providing after-service if something isn’t quite right
With more than 23 years of experience, extensive industry training and professional truck-mounted equipment, we tailor every clean to the carpet in front of us
No two carpets are exactly the same, and neither is the way they should be cleaned
When choosing a carpet cleaner, don’t just compare prices
Experience, knowledge and service after the job can be the difference between paying once and paying twice
