Day 3: Persian feta has finally been marinated in good olive oil and bits from the veg patch. Camembert have been salted and are draining/drying, lactics have been put to bed to grow their beautiful geotrichum (and have already started!), and loads of washing up done. Can I sneak in a coffee and Christmas romcom before school pick up? Yes, I can. 🎄
