Recognising Our Outstanding Cleaning Team

We are proud to recognise the dedication and hard work of our incredible cleaning staff. We also greatly value the positive feedback we receive from our clients, staff, and students, who regularly acknowledge the important contribution our cleaners make across our campuses.

The CSCS Recognition and Appreciation Program (RAAP) was established to celebrate and reward the outstanding efforts of our cleaning team. Through this program, staff, students, and clients have the opportunity to nominate a cleaner who has demonstrated exceptional service, professionalism, teamwork, or commitment to their role.

Nominations are accepted throughout the year, with cleaners recognised each month for their contributions. Every valid nomination earns one point toward the annual awards.

At the end of the year:

One cleaner from each campus will receive a RAAP Award based on their total nominations.
The cleaner with the highest overall number of nominations across all CSCS sites will be presented with the prestigious Annual RAAP Trophy.

Your nomination is a simple but meaningful way to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of our cleaning staff and help celebrate their achievements.
