The things you find on a termite inspection.
This tree was cut down to build a house on a farm site back in the early seventies with just enough clearance to lay the floor boards.
Unfortunately this became a nest site for termites and subsequently an entry point into the house.
We have installed a baiting program and on completion of the program we will apply a chemical treatment to the subfloor stumps and tree stump.

❗️IMPORTANT UPDATE ❗️

✅The new regulations from the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) that were put in place in March have made significant changes to rodent control.

✅Second generation Rodenticides (SGAR’s) will no longer be available at Mitre10, Bunnings, and IGA by June 30 and have already been removed from the shelves at Coles and Woolworths.

✅This new legislation has been made to help protect our wildlife and Ultimate pest solutions fully supports this.

This property had previously experienced a termite attack, but we successfully treated it and implemented a preventative solution, including a drill and inject treatment around the perimeter, internal garage treatment, and a trench and flood treatment for the external wall, utilizing the latest technology and equipment.

We have successfully completed another termite baiting program. On this particular job, the termites exhibited aggressive feeding behavior, consuming approximately 850 grams of bait over an eight-week period. As evident in the photos, the small dark objects are termite soldier heads, indicating that the colony and nest have been eradicated. The soldiers have left the nest, followed their pheromone trail back to their food source, and subsequently died.
