Hi all,

As some of you are aware I had a motorbike accident on the weekend.

Results today have shown I have a full thickness tear of the top tendon of my rotator cuff in my right shoulder.

Unfortunately it could be a long recovery and either with or without surgery I could have limited mobility and strength for 3-6 months.

I have no choice but to cancel all upcoming cleans for the near future.

I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.

If anyone would like information on the products I have been using please reach out, happy to share information.

Thank you for all the support to date and for the well wishes.
