Small things make big moments.
This week we had to offer discounts to our customers because of probably increased competition, cost of living pressure and a rainy winter. So we go to our customer yesterday and give her the discounted price of $115. But she refuses and instead pays us the full price of $150. Such kindness! It has made our week! Small act of love can make a huge difference.
