30 years young and finally getting the love she deserves 💙 Our BMW E36 has been in for some much-needed TLC, and what a difference it’s made! A true classic deserves to feel (and drive) fresh again — here’s what’s been happening under the hood 👇

🧰 Maintenance Rundown:
• New rocker cover gasket — no more oil seepage, just clean running.
• Fresh spark plugs for a crisp, smooth idle.
• Complete cooling system refresh with a coolant flush — keeping temps perfect.
• A working glovebox light again (it’s the little things!).
• Brand new transmission mounts — the old ones were literally torn in half 😳.
• New steering rack boot to protect that front-end feel.
• The smallest touch — a fresh boot close bushing (only had 1 of 2 before!).
• New bonnet and boot struts — no more head bumps 🙌.
• Replaced all interior accessory globes — every switch now glows like it should.
• And finally, a brand new fuel pump assembly — reliability restored.

Paint spill on carpet? Even with professional products and techniques, once water-based paint dries into fibers, it can bond permanently. This beige paint had been sitting for 3 days before we got to it, we were able to remove the majority, but some fibers were permanently stained.

However, we managed to bring the under seat amplifier back to life with a lot of time and effort.

Not every job is about perfection but sometimes it’s about honesty, expertise, and getting the best possible result without damaging your vehicle. 👌✨

We’ve just had our seats fully reupholstered by the incredible team at Saiko Customs, transforming the interior with a perfect blend of heritage and modern luxury. The outer bolsters are finished in premium grey Nappa leather for that soft, supple feel and OEM+ look, while the centres are wrapped in Mackenzie tartan sourced from

This isn’t just any fabric, it’s the 50th anniversary Mackenzie tartan originally used in the legendary Porsche 911, now reimagined inside a BMW E36.

Every stitch, seam, and contour was carefully crafted to retain the original seat shape while elevating comfort and style. From stripping the old material, prepping the foam, cutting each panel to perfection and hand-stitching the tartan inserts, this interior now carries a piece of automotive history with a custom twist.
