You know it’s going to be a tough night when it’s bright enough to see without a torch… 🌕

Full moon lighting everything up, then fog rolling in on top of it — not exactly ideal. The critters could spot us from a mile off, and the fog made it near impossible to get proper range readings.

But we made it work.

Some of the photos honestly look like they were taken in the middle of the day — that’s how bright it was.

We went back to a block we’ve been working recently and cleaned it up, taking out some of the the last straggler rabbits that were hanging around.

Switched from the .22 to the .223 and moved onto another property to keep on top of numbers — not long after, 3 sneaky foxes showed themselves.

The customer had recently had one try to chase their new puppy, so we were more than happy to sort that out and keep it safe.

Conditions weren’t ideal… but the result still was. 🦊🐇

Videos like this make it pretty clear why foxes need to be controlled. They may seem small but they punch above their weight and are highly determined.

The Cunning Silver Fox of the Southern Highlands

Yesterday, we answered a call from a local in the Southern Highlands whose dogs and cat were facing off with bold foxes out back. So we loaded up and headed out, being a smaller block, we used our .22 with a suppressor, keeping noise minimal, and safely removed three foxes in a few hours. Using thermal imaging means you don’t get to see the colour of an animal so one of those foxes gave us a surprise—once we saw it up close, it had a silvery-white look, something you don’t see every day! Must be the week for it—after we came across a melanistic rabbit last week. If pests are threatening your pets or property, we’re here—licensed, insured, and permitted for suppressor use. Call us anytime!

Productive night on the bunnies! Can you tell which rabbits got subsonic and which got supersonic bullets?

The Foxes are really in love with the Leveret caller from . Last night one 2 different jobs we called in some foxes while out controlling rabbits. As soon as the foxes heard it they came in running. On fox got the 223 while another got quiets from the .22, both dropped like a sack of rocks!

Big night out last night 🔥

27 rabbits and 2 foxes over only a few hours of work, across two properties — numbers are seriously building at the moment.

Rabbits are in full boom… and it doesn’t take much. A single pair can turn into nearly 200 in under 18 months, and each female can produce up to 50+ young a year. That’s how quickly things get out of control.

Even managed to pick up a melanistic rabbit too — something a bit different to top the night off.

If you’re starting to notice activity, now’s the time to get on top of it before it blows out.

Sneaky fox eating his last meal.

We were out making sure no ferals invade for Easter—let’s just say even a certain floppy-eared visitor would have had second thoughts! 🐰 No chocolate carrying bunnies were harmed, but the ferals sure were. Keeping properties pest-free, even on holiday weekends!

Came across a couple of unexpected foxes on a job last night, they won’t make that mistake again. I’m in love with this set up, the Sierra Extreme in .223 with a .global SQ50L and suppressor is a deadly combo! Add the Leveret and the foxes don’t stand a chance!
