Georgia and I would like to show you the reason why we were very busy this week. This is exhibitA 🤣
We had to travel to Yass at the start of the week to do a very large pack and move for a lovely family that we brought to Newcastle. This was the highlight of the job a giant beanbag. 😂

We thank all our lovely regular clients for understanding this week as there was a bit of shuffling around we had to do to make things work. All should be back to normal next week and we look forward to seeing everyone again 💕

Jorja and I need to discuss a recent concern we've been facing.

We understand that everyone has busy lives and may not always check messages or Facebook regularly. However, we've been having difficulties confirming scheduled bookings lately.

To address this, we’ve decided that if communication isn’t happening, we’ll need to cancel all future bookings until you’re able to reschedule. We don’t want to take this step, but it’s important for us to feel reliable, and it impacts our income.

If you have an ongoing weekly or fortnightly arrangement with us, please confirm that you can still have us at your home on your scheduled day. Thank you!

It's holiday time for us soon! ⛱

Do not fear! We will be back! We are away from October 2nd until the 9th. We return back to work on the 10th! If you are one of our regular lovelies, I am sorry if we are away during the time of your clean, we will be back to normal when we return.

Some may not know but Jorja and I do more than just clean, we help our Reliable Removals & Deliveries family as well!

We may not have had a win but atleast we tried! Still a big achievement for a little business that started 4 months ago! Being a finalist alone is a win in my eyes.
