🏀 Family ties and fast breaks!

The Acumentis All-Stars proving basketball really runs in the family — with fathers and sons sharing the court (and probably a few “back in my day…” moments 😄) - we wonder if what happens on the court, stays on the court 😉

Special shoutout to Dan Murphy, who may not have a son on the team but has officially “adopted” Bailey Hook each week.

Legends like James Lockwood and Brad Ralston, along with Dan through Rural Fit, aren’t just balling — they’re backing the future as proud sponsors of the Tamworth Basketball Junior Rep Program.

It’s awesome to see local players and families not just playing the game they love, but paying it forward for the next generation.

For people in North West Slopes and Plains and parts of Mid North Coast, Hunter, Metropolitan, Central Tablelands, Central West Slopes and Plains, Upper Western, Northern Tablelands and Illawarra Forecast Districts.
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce damaging winds and large hailstones over the next several hours in the North West Slopes and Plains and parts of the Mid North Coast, Hunter, Metropolitan, Central Tablelands, Central West Slopes and Plains, Upper Western, Northern Tablelands and Illawarra districts. Locations which may be affected include Taree, Tamworth, Scone, Katoomba, Narrabri and Walgett.

VERY DANGEROUS THUNDERSTORMS are likely to produce damaging, locally destructive winds, large hailstones and heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding over the next several hours in parts of the Mid North Coast and Hunter districts. Locations which may be affected include Dungog.
