IRONIC: Doyle’s makes its living from the ocean, but the amount of plastic they consume and give to their customers is disgusting. I’ve picked up bags and bags of their rubbish from the beach and it’s at its peak with all the tourists here now. This is what the bins look like daily so you can imagine the impact of the overflow on the beach. Doyle’s it’s time to start thinking about the impact you’re having.

OVERBOARD: Christmas means more boats on the harbour and more rubbish on the beach. This was the first of 4 collections with so many bottles and straws. Pls be mindful that the harbour is not a rubbish dump just bc you can’t see what’s sitting at the bottom.

People will be swimming here v soon. It's heartbreaking seeing it so disgusting! Gertie was happy with her new balls and Halley loves her new pink spade.

BUTTS: after the tractor went over the beach, the butts still remained. If you smoke, put your butts in the bins and not in the gutter!
