Recently repaired internal and external main drain at Gilles Plains on a 2008 build duplex.
External drain had 2 complete pipe seperations at footing and gio jump up with tree root intrusions whilst internal drain had over 80mm of ponding due to faulty bedding.
In our current climate of high speed on-demand building, it’s never more important to get your subfloor drainage inspected by the technical regulator and drafted prior to foundation pour.
Concrete removal, excavations, paving, re-concreting and of course plumbing all completed in house by Doyle Plumbers.

2025 has kicked off with bursts and blockages!!
A dryish winter and spring has prompted aggressive tree root growth to the detriment of pvc sewer and cold water infrastructure.
All issues solved promptly without too much interference with clients services by Doyle Plumbers Pty Ltd💪

Another big project completed at Fullerton.
Sewer replacement due to neighbouring trees damaging deep sewer and causing 3monthly drain clearing.
A slow start to project as Covid lockdown on day 1 halted works, but once staff cleared we got right in to the action!
Once again all works completed in-house by our highly experienced and dedicated staff🙂
Clients were safe to say chuffed with the outcome!

High end property at Myrtle Bank, getting through the rough in of hot cold reticulation.
Dual heated water system for the 4 main bathrooms, interestingly the main heated water has an intergrated wet back system at rear of fireplace to boost the 300litre heat pump tank.
Exciting project that we will keep updating👍
