The primary function of ePestReports is as an end to end commercial pest control reporting program but the program also has the unique feature of allowing users to generate a 'pest control invoice' (or receipt) on site in seconds.
Invoices are complete with provision for details of work completed, recommendations, weather conditions, chemicals listed as per statutory regulations, bank details, logos etc. It also provides a link to SDS, licenses and other compliance documents.
The program provides a debtor control function, invoice history for each customer or overall and you can view, mark as paid or resend invoices with the click of a button.
This feature has been designed to streamline your invoicing/reporting to both domestic and commercial customers.

How you complete your reports is now as important as the commercial service itself.
ePestReports allows you to complete the service report, add recommendations, notes for next service, list chemicals used as per statutory guidelines, add photos, captcha activity data by either barcode scanning or via our unique ‘tap and swipe’ method. You have the option to gain the customer signature then submit.
All reports, activity data (which will provide trends and heat maps), photos etc are then avaible to the customer via the ePestReports Customer Portal.

Via the portal you also provide customer access to all compliance documents (licenses, insurances etc) as well as site specific documents (site plan, service agreement etc).
Update expired documents with the click of a button.
