Brand new doesn’t always mean perfect 👀

This BYD Sealion 7 came in for our Signature Package straight from the dealership, and we still found sanding marks, rotary holograms and a few paint inconsistencies.

That’s why proper inspection and prep matters before ceramic coating.

This six-month-old Isuzu D-MAX was already covered in car-wash swirl marks—with paint readings as low as 66 microns.

Modern paint is thin, which means there isn’t enough clear coat for repeated heavy corrections. The best approach is to correct it once, protect it properly and maintain it safely.

After a full correction and ceramic coating, the owner said it looked better than the day she picked it up from the dealership.

Bat poo vs paint 🦇💩

This Prado bonnet is a perfect example of why you don’t want bird/bat droppings sitting on your paint for too long.

Once it sits there in the sun, it can start etching into the clear coat and in some cases permanently eat into the paint. At that stage, a normal wash won’t fix it and depending how deep it’s gone, even polishing may only improve it, not completely remove it.

Best thing you can do: remove it safely as soon as possible and keep your paint protected.

Rockhampton sun + acidic droppings = not a good combo.

This 2015 Jaguar XF came in for a Gloss Revival and the paint was well overdue for some clarity.

Under the light, the finish was full of swirls, haze and rotory swirls that were killing the depth in this gorgeous colour. After a proper decontamination and machine polish, the gloss started coming back hard.

This package is perfect for paint that doesn’t need a full heavy correction, but still needs that tired, dull finish brought back to life.

Sharper reflections, better depth, smoother paint, and a finish that actually looks looked after again.
