Just wanted to let everyone know what is involved when doing a bond clean. I clean everything internally and the external of the windows for a standard bond clean.
Things that are extras and I will ask at the time of quoting are:
- does full outside of the house and cement/driveway areas need to be done?
- are there blinds in the house?
- do the carpets need cleaning?
Aircons, I clean externally, filters and the louvers, internally requires a professional in air-conditioning

Now I totally expect when I arrive for the house to obviously be unclean, however if the house is excessively unclean/in poor condition there will be extra costs charged accordingly on top of what has been quoted, unfortunately I don't have the time to visit every house to quote so I have to go off the information I am given and if I am not made aware that the house is in poor condition I will charge to cover the extra time required.
I also require the house to be empty when I arrive, if it is not and I have not been contacted before arriving to discuss, I will not start the job and can't guarantee another time slot, my time is valuable and I am currently very busy.

So for those that don't know me, I had a very successful cleaning business a number of years ago but finished it up when I moved away for 2 yrs. I then came back to Mackay and had a baby who is now 8 yrs old, in that time I had a successful home daycare but unfortunately had to stop due to some medical issues, while going through that I decided to iron and do a few house cleans to help support my little family but now I am on the other side of that and looking to build my business again. I have some availability for bond cleans and general house cleans, this will increase as time goes on x

I pride myself on doing a thorough job and treating my clients the way I would want to be treated. My time is valuable and I work hard and charge accordingly for this but I still feel I am reasonably priced and I guarantee all my work x
