Meet Deanne ๐ธ
Deanne originally became a cleaner because it fit perfectly around her children's school hours. She could work six hours a day between school drop-off and pick-up, contribute to her family's income, and still be there for the moments that mattered most.
Years later, she's still in the industryโbut not just because the hours suit her.
She has built genuine relationships with her clients and finds real joy in making both small and life-changing differences to people's homes. Knowing she's taken something off someone's plate is incredibly rewarding.
Deanne is also passionate about her craft. She loves learning new cleaning techniques and hacks, belongs to several cleaning communities where she shares ideas and learns from others, and is always looking for better, more efficient ways to care for her clients' homes.
Where Monica needs a little extra support, Deanne is there to help.
And in return, the work allows Deanne to provide for and care for her own family.
It's a symbiotic relationshipโthe kind where everybody wins.
