Hi everyone,

I'll be messaging every client individually shortly, but I just want to get it out there that due to sudden health issues, I'm going to have to take some time off work.

I've been in and out of the hospital and am awaiting a doctors appointment to get to the bottom of whatever is happening to me.

Just to follow up from my previous post, it's come to my attention from multiple clients that they have not received my messages or their messages aren't coming through / are being left unread, or even have somehow lost access to my business page. This makes it seem like I have been ignoring and or blocking contact efforts - I can genuinely say this is not the case.

I'm not sure what's going on, and while I admit I can be slow with getting back to messages (especially during busy work weeks + unexpected life hurdles,) I would never willingly cut someone off without speaking to them beforehand / without reason.

To anyone that this has inconvenienced, I'm deeply sorry. I don't know how to fix whatever issue this is, but I just wanted to get it out there that I would never harm my new business by intentionally treating my clients - the most important thing - poorly.

Again, I'm very sorry. I'll be trying to figure out how to resolve these issues in the new year ✨️

I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of my clients, both new and old, for taking a chance on me and my new business. Words can't express how thrilled I am to have an amazing client base and a steadily growing business that started at nothing but multi-purpose spray and a microfibre cloth.
