Hi everyone.

I run a small Builder's cleaning business. And we're looking for someone to help. Preferably someone with window cleaning experience.

Most of my work is North of the river

What we do

We clean newly constructed homes getting them ready for the new owners,

Cleaning window tracks, frames, glass.

Cleaning wet areas, tiles, toilet, shower screen's baths etc

Kitchen, cupboards inside and out, Rangehoods , bench tops etc.

Floor coverings.

It's not domestic cleaning! !

We're looking for someone who wants to earn extra money, just a few days a week. Must have attention to detail.

We start at 7am and normally finish around 1 pm.

You will need to have.

Current ABN number.

Own transport and current drivers license.

White card.

Your own PPE. (Hi vis shirt, safety boots).

You will always be working with a team member

Pay rate $170 for the day.
Normally 7am to 12pm

Maxxi Clean Builders Cleaning is looking for 2 or 3 new sub contractors to join our team. Mid January

MUST HAVE.
1. Builders-Cleaning experience.
2. ABN Number.
3. Vaccinated ( As per Mandate )
4. Own Equipment and Transport.
5. White Card.
6. MUST HAVE ATTENTION TO DETAIL

We are looking for sub Contractors.

You'll be given a Purchase Order with the $ Amount for the job.
You'll start working with a team member and once I am confident you can do the work to Maxxi Clean Standards You'll be given jobs on your own. Most of our work is North of the river ( Greenwood to Two Rocks And Landsdale to Jane Brooke ) but sometimes south .

This is not a Hourly rate !!!!!

We have been in business for 8 years and have built a reputation for excellence .
