Getting rid of pantry moths (also known as Indian meal moths) involves several key steps to eliminate the infestation and prevent it from returning:

Step 1: Identify the Problem
Look for adult moths flying around your kitchen or pantry.
Check for larvae (tiny caterpillars) and webbing in food items, especially grains, flour, rice, pasta, cereals, nuts, and dried fruits.

Step 2: Empty and Inspect
Remove everything from your pantry.
Inspect all food items—especially opened packages—for signs of infestation.
Throw out any contaminated food in sealed bags to prevent further spread.

Step 3: Clean Thoroughly
Vacuum shelves, corners, and crevices where eggs or larvae might be hiding.
