Cleaning Fees are as follows;
General cleaning: $45 per hour - General clean includes - Bathroom, toilet, benchtops, stove, vacuum and mop of floors, possible dusting and cobweb removal (depending on arms reach)
Please note: General cleans are not a deep clean. Items completed will be dependent on time allocated.
Bathroom deep clean includes;
Deep clean of shower including grout cleaned, hard water removed from glass, mirror, basin, bench tops, bath, walls, grout between tiles, inside any cupboards, and floors cleaned.
Rental Inspection cleans include;
Everything in a general clean, a deep clean of the shower, and walls.
Note: Price and time is dependent on the size of house and how many rooms there are in the house. Please call admin for a quote.
End of Lease Clean includes;
Everything in a Rental Inspection Clean, cupboards cleaned out, blinds cleaned.
Note: Price and time is dependent on the size of house and how many rooms there are in the house. Please call admin for a quote.
Note: Only hard material for blinds are cleaned. We do not clean any soft material.
