We recently installed a Puretec Twin Whole House Water Filter System at this Noojee weekender tying in with some of our previous works. An upgrade that provides the client with clean, filtered water throughout the house.

Debuting the Makita 40v kit with a DAB pump and 3 stage Puretec filter install out at 5 oaks winery. We were very impressed!

Several issues with this stormwater drain
- 2x fake down pipes
- tree roots
- squashed drain
- drain terminating in ground behind retaining wall 🙈

Afternoon call out to a hot water unit pilot light that would not stay lit, a quick open circuit test showed the thermocouple was toast. Provided a burner clean while it was out to install the replacement thermocouple. Then tested to make sure it was showing the correct voltage and it lit up no problem with a nice neutral blue flame
