Early evening at our project on Henson Avenue. I spent the afternoon with taking shots and walking through the build. It was nice as Chris from dropped by to talk about some of his design intent and details. The hi-light for me was spending a couple of hours with Al, Jen and Augie chatting and seeing them living in their new space. It was a great experience seeing them using their new addition and hearing how the build had changed their living dynamic. An awesome project to be involved with.

The end result of some pretty involved structural steel at New Lambton.

Curves, cranks and BAL FZ construction has been good for 3am wake ups thinking about details.

We’re very fortunate to work in with a fabricator and draftsman who have over 60 years of experience between them. Thanks Frosty and Gerry for making it easier to get back to sleep 😂.
