One of the things I enjoy most about being a Regional Franchisor is bringing everyone together.

On Monday we held another franchisee meeting, with franchisees from across the region getting together to chat about the upcoming pool season, share ideas, discuss what we're seeing in the field and learn from each other's experiences.

A big thank you to the team from Maytronics Australia for joining us and presenting their latest range of robotic pool cleaners, along with introducing their newest product, the Dolphin Skimmi. It's always great to hear directly from our supplier partners and stay up to date with what's happening in the industry.

Of course, the meeting doesn't end when the presentation finishes. We all stayed back for dinner, giving everyone the chance to catch up, strengthen relationships and enjoy some good conversation.

These get-togethers are a great reminder that while we all run our own businesses, we're also part of a supportive network that genuinely enjoys helping each other succeed.

A great turnout at our recent Jim's Pool Care regional franchisee meeting.

Our franchisees from across the region came together to share ideas, discuss industry developments, learn from one another and continue building their knowledge of pool care, equipment and customer service.

We were also fortunate to have representatives from Reece and Madimack join us and provide valuable insights into products and industry trends.

While each Jim's Pool Care franchise is independently owned and operated, meetings like these are a great reminder of the strength of being part of a larger network. By sharing experiences, best practices and technical knowledge, we're able to continually improve the service and advice we provide to our customers.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to another successful evening. It's always great to see franchisees connecting, supporting one another and working together to raise the standard of pool care across our region.
