✨Last night we drew our raffle winners - Congratulations!✨

They each were able to choose the prize they most wanted because this raffle was about what mums REALLY want!

As Mums2Mums continues to grow, we’re looking for someone amazing to join our leadership team and help us maintain the quality, reliability and client experience we’re known for.

This role is perfect for someone who LOVES:
🤍 Training and mentoring people
🤍 Organisation and systems
🤍 Quality control and attention to detail
🤍 Supporting and motivating teams
🤍 Building a positive workplace culture

Your role will include:
✨ Recruiting and onboarding new staff
✨ Completing trial shifts and training
✨ Performing quality checks and client follow ups
✨ Organising and restocking staff kits/products
✨ Supporting team performance and standards
✨ Helping maintain consistency across our services

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Reliable and professional
✔️ Previous cleaning and/or leadership experience preferred
✔️ Great communication skills
✔️ Strong attention to detail
✔️ Comfortable giving feedback and coaching others
✔️ Own licence and reliable vehicle required

Hours: Approx. 15–20 hours per week initially (with opportunity to grow)
Pay: Highly competitive hourly rate based on experience
