✨ Introducing myself, I’m Jackie, the heart behind The Welcome Home Co. ✨

The idea for The Welcome Home Co began quite naturally.
Over the years, I found myself caring for the homes of friends while they were away. I loved knowing that when they walked back through their front door, they would have that "wow, Jackie's done it again" feeling and appreciation on their faces made my heart happy.

What started as helping friends soon became something I felt passionate about bringing to our wider community. I understand that our homes are more than just houses – they are our safe place, filled with memories, love, laughter, comfort, and the things we treasure most.

I truly believe there is something special about adding a little extra care and a touch of magic to the things we do for others.

Building The Welcome Home Co has been an incredible journey. It has also allowed me to expand into home reorganisation, helping people create spaces that feel calmer, more functional and more enjoyable to live in. I absolutely love working with my regular clients and being part of their journey to create homes they love.

A very special thank you goes to my dear friend Annette from Pinedesign Yeppoon, and my amazing friends whose encouragement, support and belief in me helped turn this dream into a reality.
