We are seeking a reliable and confident admin to support daily operations.
Permanent part-time, in-office role based Wed–Fri (approx. 15–20 hours per week), with potential for additional hours and expanded responsibility over time.

Primary focus is scheduling, client communication and keeping the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Managing and adjusting staff schedules
Phone and email enquiries
Client communication and bookings
General office support

Is organised, confident and reliable
Communicates professionally with clients
Can multitask and stay calm under pressure
Has admin, reception or scheduling experience
