Another little touch of omotenashi from Bailee today. 🌸

Omotenashi is the Japanese art of wholehearted hospitality through thoughtful details.

This beautiful hand-towel fold wasn’t necessary but it was created with care, and it might make someone smile. To us, that’s the most important detail of all. 🍊💛

These gorgeous little vouchers are joining our Citrus client anniversary gifts. Our way of celebrating the lovely people who choose us, stay with us, and support our little business year after year 🍋

The Bowerbird Pantry is one of our absolute favourite local businesses 💛 delicious homemade treats, beautiful local goodies, and all created and run by one very clever super mum. So it felt only right that Fiona became part of something special we’re introducing at Citrus.

And even better, it means we get to support another wonderful local business while we do it. Local supporting local. Kindness going around in circles. Exactly how we like it. 💛
