✨ 1x fortnightly clean and 1x weekly NDIS maintenance clean done and dusted, including a bathroom deep clean! ✔️🧼

For this bathroom, I only used two products:
🌿 Agar Shower Star
💜 For All (currently using the lavender scent 🤤)

Along with:
✨ A magic eraser
✨ 0000 steel wool
✨ My trusty broom

This bathroom had heavy soap scum build-up throughout the bath, and the shower glass also had significant build-up, along with glass cancer. Unfortunately, glass cancer is permanent damage to the glass and cannot be removed with cleaning—it requires a professional glass restoration company if you want to improve its appearance.

To my surprise, this bathroom didn’t take nearly as long as I expected! The bath itself is quite old, and the patch on the base is chipped paint, not dirt or staining.

This is a great example of why regular maintenance cleans make such a difference. Soap scum, mineral deposits and grime become much harder to remove the longer they’re left, and in some cases (like glass cancer), the damage becomes permanent.

✨ Another End of Lease Clean Completed! ✨

✅ 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment move-out clean – done and dusted on Saturday! 🏡🧼

This property came up beautifully and is now ready for its final inspection.

The shower was in particularly poor condition when we arrived. We tried everything we safely could, including degreaser, a scraper, 0000 steel wool, and professional shower cleaning products. Unfortunately, some of the staining and surface damage was permanent and simply wouldn’t budge. This was the best result possible without causing further damage.

This is why regular maintenance cleaning is so important. Having a professional cleaner visit weekly, fortnightly, or even monthly helps prevent soap scum, hard water build-up, and grime from becoming permanently etched into surfaces—especially if you use bar soap or products that leave heavy residue.

It’s also important to remember that using the wrong chemicals on certain materials can cause permanent damage. We did NOT use bleach on this shower, as bleach isn’t always the right solution and can damage some surfaces while failing to remove mineral staining.

At Su-Ja’s Cleaning, we always use the safest and most appropriate products for each surface and aim to achieve the best possible results while protecting your home.

As many of you know, from 1st of July there will be increases to wages, fuel, superannuation, and the general cost of running a business. Unfortunately, this also means that many of the products and services we rely on have increased in price. For example, one of our main cleaning solutions has risen from $125.91 to $142.60.

At SuJas Cleaning, James and I are committed to providing a premium, consistent service every time we clean your home, office, or warehouse. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile wherever possible and using safe, eco-friendly, high-quality products for our clients, their families, pets, and ourselves.

To continue delivering the level of service you have come to expect, we have made the difficult decision to increase our pricing by 10% from 1 July 2026.

GST will continue to apply to payments made via bank transfer or EFTPOS, as required. Please note that GST is collected on behalf of the government and is not retained by our business.

For clients who work from home, we are happy to provide receipts and invoices for your records. Depending on your circumstances, you may be able to claim a portion of your cleaning costs as a tax deduction. We recommend speaking with your accountant or tax professional to determine what you may be eligible to claim.

This adjustment will allow us to continue operating sustainably, maintain the quality of our service, continue using safe and eco-friendly products, invest in professional equipment and supplies, and ensure we can keep supporting our valued clients for years to come.
